How to Use the World Golf Handicap Platform

Once you have successfully registered, you can access “My Profile” from the main menu, where you will find a submenu with all the options and tools necessary to manage your World Golf Handicap (WGH).

My WGH:

In this section, you will see your updated WGH displayed in a pill format, the number of rounds and courses played, and your historical average yards. The average yards are calculated based on the total yards of the courses you have played, using the cards that were computed to obtain your WGH.

Round History:

This section contains the history of your golf rounds, sorted by the most recent date. Each new round you enter will appear on this list.

Game Handicap:

Here, you can calculate your playing handicap for any golf course worldwide, with access to more than 30,000 courses and over 180,000 tees.

How to Use It:

  • Enter the name or part of the name of the club for which you want to determine your playing handicap.
  • A list of suggested clubs will appear based on your search. If you don’t see your club in the initial search results, please click the “Load More” button.
  • Once you find your club, click the “Select” button. This will open another selector for the different tees at the chosen club.
  • Select the tee from which you will be playing your round.
  • Click the “Calculate Game WGH” button.
  • You’re all set! Based on your WGH and the formula we use, you will receive the suggested playing handicap for your round from that tee.
